You will touch more live projects here in a month than at a boutique agency in a year. The reach is real — a DecaRoy-built site in Niš makes money for a real family, and a DecaRoy-built site in Verona fills a real appointment book. The leverage of that at 1,200+ businesses across four countries changes how you think about design.

The company is remote by construction, not by pandemic accident. The entity is in Trelleborg, Sweden; everyone else works wherever they are across our European markets. Nothing is hub-and-spoke. Everyone ships on the same pipeline and writes in the same Slack.

The operational philosophy is that systems beat heroics. If a process only works because one person is willing to work sixty hours, the process is broken and the person will leave. We invest in checklists, shared libraries, and written SLAs so individual brilliance compounds instead of being the bottleneck.
